Generate a Hypothesis
Once the problem has been thoroughly investigated, it is time to create a hypothesis that will lead to a problem solution. Depending on the complexity of the problem there may be more than one hypothesis, so it is important to rely on the work that has been done in the earlier stages in order to make a reasonable hypothesis that will solve the problem. Now, problem solvers are ready to identify and develop interventions based on the work that is done in the in the problem identification and investigation stages.
