Review Data
In the evaluation stage, it is the time to take another look at any data that has been collected and compare the results to the data collected in the problem identification stage. If the data shows that progress is slow, sporadic, or even non-existent, it is time re-evaluate the intervention. At this point in the problem solving process, the team needs to review their original goals to decide if these goals have been adequately met or the student has demonstrated some progress towards the goal.
