Set Goals
Once the teams have a working hypothesis, which address how to solve the problem, you must define the criteria for success. The goals should be aligned with this criterion. These goals will help problem solvers decide if the intervention was a success during the final evaluation stage. Here are some links to great resources for writing learning objectives.
